Meetings by Tangerine
The owner of Tangerine approached us to renovate an existing commercial space to suit her next business venture, a meeting room. Located in a brand new space next to Tangerine: The Food Bar, Meetings by Tangerine is a beautifully appointed, well thought out meeting space consisting of a boardroom and a smaller breakout room available for rent by the day or half day.
The Design
The layout of the original space stayed largely the same, aside from adding a doorway into the back kitchen of Tangerine, to allow for easy access for catering purposes. Since there were no existing building plans, a lot of measuring was taken to make sure we were cutting a hole in the right part of the wall. A portion of the new space became office spaces for the owner, and a small break room was added as well.
The break room
A kitchen area was added with a full sink, dishwasher, and small fridge, and a small coffee bar was added in the meeting room area for self-serve drinks.
Coffee Bar
New flooring was installed throughout, which included commercial carpet tile and vinyl planking. We installed new doors, lighting, and a sweet 3D feature wall in the break out room.
